1. Mark Your Calendars -Important Date Changes
The response for baptism candidates has been overwhelming to say the least, so we're going to have to rearrange our church calendar as a result.
a. Baptism Sunday (NEW DATE - June 6)
"We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life" (Romans 6:4).
We will be having our first baptism service in the history of our church on the last Sunday in May. Please celebrate with us this significant event in the life of our church and in the lives of those who have found new life in Christ!

b. Harvest BBQ (NEW DATE - June 13)
What a better way to celebrate all that the Lord has done in our midst these past eight months then with a summer BBQ on June 6? Immediately after the service, everyone is welcome to join us outside Sir William Gage Middle School for a free afternoon of food, fun activities and great fellowship.

2. Happening this Week at Harvest!
a. Prayer Night (Tuesday May 25)
"For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you." (Psalm 86:5)
On May 25th, from 7pm - 8:30pm, we'll be meeting at
John Knox Christian School for our monthly church-wide prayer meeting. Please be in prayer beforehand, asking that our Lord would meet with us again in a powerful way by His Word and Spirit.
Please note that
Small Groups and
Youth will be canceled during this week of May 23rd to May 29th in order to allow everyone to participate in the Prayer Night.
b. PARTY with the Pastor! (Friday May 28)
If you're new to Harvest, you're invited to a party!
Party with the Pastor is Friday, May 28 at 7:30pm in the home of one of our church leaders. This is a great time to enjoy some food, meet our pastor and some of our other church leaders, and find out the history of Harvest and what God is doing here.
This event is free to attend, but you do need to register either online or at the Get Connected desk on Sunday. Directions and further details will be provided after you register.
Please note: we are not able to provide childcare for this event.
3. Your Next Step for getting into a Small Group:
Peak Performance (June 19th)
If you've attended PARTY WIH THE PASTOR before or signed up for this Friday, I'd like to invite you to sign up for the next session of Peak Performance on June 19th. This free session is designed to give you a solid understanding of what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ and to help you learn what it means to Worship, Walk with, and Work for Christ here at Harvest Brampton. It is held on Saturday morning, from 9:00am - 2:30pm, with lunch included.
Peak Performance is a requirement for anyone interested in joining a small group, and for becoming a member at Harvest.
Childcare is provided for event! Simply indicate the number of children you will be bringing and their respective ages when you register. To register online, please click here (further directions and details will be provided after you register).
