THIS WEEK's NEWS
1. Prayer Meeting (Apr 27)

"For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in
steadfast love to
all who call upon you." (Psalm 86:5)
On April 27, from 7pm - 8:30pm, we'll be meeting at
John
Knox
Christian
School for our monthly church-wide prayer meeting. Please be
in prayer beforehand, asking that our Lord would meet with us again in a
powerful way by His Word and Spirit.
Please note that
Small Groups and Youth will be canceled
during this week of
April 25 - May 2 in order to allow everyone to participate in the
Prayer
Night.
2. PEAK Performance (May 1)

This session is designed to give you a solid
understanding of
what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ and to help you learn
what it means to Worship, Walk with, and Work for Christ here at Harvest
Brampton.
Peak Performance is a requirement for anyone interested in becoming a
member at Harvest or joining a Small Group.
Childcare is provided for Peak Performance; simply indicate the number
of children you will be bringing and their respective ages when you
register. To register online,
please
click
here (further directions and details will be provided after
you register).
3. Harvest Youth - this Wed. Cancelled

Harvest Youth is canceled this Wednesday as all the youth are encouraged to come to the Prayer Night on Tuesday to praise and pray alongside the rest of the church body. Next week, Harvest Youth will resume its normal schedule, meeting on
Wednesdays from 7pm -
9pm at John
Knox
Christian
School in the gym. See you there!
UPCOMING EVENTS
1. Walk in the Word: Toronto (May 6)

Whether listening to the radio, viewing sermons online or watching a DVD series, many have been blessed by James MacDonald's Bible teaching ministry, Walk in the Word. On May 6, James MacDonald will be stopping in Toronto for his 2010 Walk in the Word Bus Tour. Tickets are free, but to reserve a seat, simply register for the event here.
2. Child Dedication (May 9)

"Children are a heritage from
the Lord" (Psalm 127:3), a
stewardship
given to parents and church alike. So, this Mother's Day, it's our
desire to express our
thanksgiving for and commitment to the children God has given our
congregation by committing them to God during our Sunday
worship service.
If you would like to participate in this event, please contact Pastor
Ted (tduncan@harvestbrampton.ca) by May 2.
