THIS WEEK's NEWS
1. Harvest Youth - Meeting Tonight

Harvest Youth will be meeting tonight, Wednesday, March 24 at
John
Knox
Christian
School's gym from 7pm - 9pm. Harvest Youth is
geared to help youth in Grade 6 to 12 (Jr. High &
Sr. High) come to know and grow in their walk with Christ, so don't
forget to bring your Bible, pen and paper (and non-marking shoes for the
gym:).
2. Harvest Kids Training (Friday)

Providing a fun and safe environment in Harvest Kids and
being equipped to serve and care for our children in the best possible
way is a high priority at Harvest. In order to do this, a night of
training for all those who serve in Harvest's regular 6-week Serving
Schedule is happening on Friday, March 26, from 7pm - 9pm at
Harvest
Bible
Chapel
Oakville.

3. Prayer Meeting in Oakville (Tuesday)

"Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!" (John
1:29)
Location change! On March 30, from 7pm - 8:30pm, we have the exciting privilege to join our parent church and pray & praise together with them at
Harvest Oakville! As Easter
approaches, let us gather
together to praise and pray to our God and Saviour. Please be
in prayer beforehand, asking that our Lord would meet with us again in a
powerful way by His Word and Spirit.
Please note that all Small Groups will be canceled during this week of
March 28 - April 4 in order to allow everyone to participate in the
Prayer
Night.
4. Parking

God is certainly blessing far more abundantly, including the number of
cars in the parking lot on Sunday morning. So, if you are a regular
attender to Harvest Brampton and call Harvest your home, then we
encourage you to park in the
far parking lots beside Queens St. Public School (the school behind Sir
William Gage Public School). This will be a great service to the
visitors and
newcomers to our church. Thank you.
UPCOMING EVENTS
1. Good Friday & Easter Sunday (April 2 & 4)

"they crucified him" (Mark 15:25); "he has risen" (Matthew 28:6)
This Easter, we invite you, your family and friends to join us as we
celebrate the death, burial and triumphant resurrection of our Lord
Jesus Christ. Our Good Friday service begins at 10:00am on Friday, and
our Easter Sunday service also begins at 10:00am.
2. Men's Conference: Steve Farrar (April 9 & 10)
We are looking forward to Steve Farrar speaking at this year's Men
Conference at
Harvest
Oakville on April 9-10 (Friday night and Saturday
morning).
Steve Farrar is one of America's top bestselling authors of books for
men, which began with his 1990 classic work - Point Man: How a Man Can
Lead His Family. With half a million copies in print, Point Man was the
catalyst for Steve leaving the pastorate after fifteen years and
focusing his ministry on equipping men for spiritual leadership. He's
the founder Men’s Leadership Ministries and speaks to men across the
country.
The cost of the event is $20 per person; you can pay cash or cheque at
the door. For more information about this event,

3. PARTY with the Pastor! (April 11)

If you're new to Harvest and want to find out what we're all
about, this is the first step to discovering who we are! PWTP is a
great way to learn more about our vision, history and priorities while
you meet some of the ministry staff and other key leaders from our
church.
This is an informal event held on a Sunday afternoon in the home of one
of our church members. There will be a Q&A time for any questions
you may have about Harvest, as well as great fellowship and light
refreshments throughout. Please note: Party with the Pastors is an
adult-only event; childcare is not provided.

what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ and to help you learn
what it means to Worship, Walk with, and Work for Christ here at Harvest
Brampton.
Peak Performance is a requirement for anyone interested in becoming a
member at Harvest or joining one of its Small Groups.
